It was more than forty years ago that Steve King started the Transport and Removals Company. Steve offered to transport stock for a well-known baby care Company, despite his only vehicle being an MGB sports car. The sports car was sold in favour of a Ford Transit and Kings Transport Services was born. Overseeing all aspects of the business, Steve is responsible for the Company’s long-term and short-term goals.

Steve enjoys participating and spectating most sports, specifically Football, Golf and Skiing.

Keith Borrett

COO

Responsible for all staff, warehousing, transport and fleet activities, Keith can often be found out in the yard making sure that all operations run smoothly and as efficiently as possible. Keith started with Kings Transport & Removals soon after its conception after previously working as an Insurance underwriter in London.

Keith enjoys socialising with friends and family, and when time allows cruising in the Mediterranean.

Martin King

Read Biography

Martin, Steve’s son, joined the Company from the banking industry over ten years ago. Having worked in all areas on the business to learn its intricacies, Martin is now responsible for New Business and Account Management.

Martin is a dad of three, and enjoys spending time entertaining friends and family, and watching his team Liverpool FC.

Rob Evans

Previous to joining the team, Rob had owned and managed his own Transport business. Rob joined the team in 2011 bringing with him a new arm to Kings Transport Services. Having successfully implemented this to the existing business model, Rob now, along with Martin focusses on Business Development and Account Management.

Rob is a keen sports lover and still plays 11-a-side football. Rob is also an avid F1 fan as tries to attend as many GP’s as work will allow him to.
