Thank you for arranging the collection of the boxes so promptly as they were stacked in mums small lounge with not much room to move and when I spoke to you it was really great that you understood my concerns of mum tripping over them and took immediate action to get them picked up. We have been very pleased with the King’s service. The removal men were so nice yesterday, everything went very well, an excellent service from start to finish.

You should also know that the manager at Benstede Court retirement flat, where mum moved, also commented on how excellent she thought they were. She
said they really cared and she has seen many removals and these men were exceptional as they seemed to really care about the retirement block as a whole. I thought you would want to know that feedback.

Dan was the team leader and nothing was too much trouble and they really did go above and beyond – when our bed didn’t fit up the stairs they went round the side of the house and took it up round the back. They remained cheerful all day. We were so pleased with them and would highly recommend your company.

I wanted to drop you an email to personally thank you and the lads who moved us from our old house in Elsenham to Benington on Monday 3rd July.

As someone who has never used a removal company in the past, and not only that, only ever heard negative stories, I was a touch nervous on the day of the move.

On the day, Danny, Lee and Sam arrived on time and were polite, courteous and a joy to have around, and they were happy to help us in any way possible. They cracked on moving our possessions from the house to the trucks, and in reverse in Benington, with the greatest of care. I’m delighted to say there was no damage whatsoever to any of our property.

I can honestly say that they are a credit to Kings, and I would not hesitate in recommending your company to others.
